Investments, LLC, dba Guns & Gear, is a Federal Firearms Licensee holding a Type 7 FFL
(Manufacturer of Firearms) and a Class 02 Special Occupational Tax (02
SOT - NFA). We manufacture and sell Type 1 (conventional) and Type 2 (NFA)
firearms.
NFA is a term used to represent firearms covered by the
National Firearms Act of 1934, namely machineguns, silencers, short
barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, and AOWs (any other weapons).
Guns & Gear is our upscale brick and mortar gun store in Lavonia, Georgia. We
specialize in personal defense, tactical and NFA fully automatic weapons for sale to
the public. We also work
with Police Departments to fill department needs, from single purchases
of firearms and gear, to outfitting a department with a new line of
issue weapons. We stock firearms that are generally considered special
order. |

We carry transferable machine guns, short barreled shotguns, short barreled
rifles, and post-86 firearms (dealer and department sales only). We can help you find
transferable machine guns for a specific collection, and provide
Law Enforcement department familiarization and outfitting for any need.
Our service does not stop with the sale. We do most of the paperwork
for you, and walk you through to the end.
Edged Weapons
Whether you want
something like a fine Microtech automatic OTF knife, or a leading edge Mantis knife We stock only US made, highly
dependable, fine edged weapons.
Less-Than-Lethal
We will help you choose a defense mechanism from our large
assortment of less-than-lethal systems. From rubber
bullets and OC rocket shotshells to Tasers and pepper spray. We
can outfit you with a less-than-lethal defense if you just want an
option for situations that may not require lethal force.
Accessories
We have a full assortment
of accessories from Tango Down, Blackhawk, Knight’s Armament, Surefire,
Daniel Defense, Magpul, and others. From flashlights and quad-rails to
holsters and grips. Our staff are shooters and enthusiasts that
are happy to help you find the right accessory for your firearm. We know what works, not just what sells.
We can offer advice for your application and situation, as not all folks
need the same setup…no cookie-cutter sales approach. If the item
doesn't work for you, we gladly exchange or refund most products.
If you buy a part from us, we offer free installation on almost all
accessories.
Practice and Instruction
Our facility is a 75 foot pistol and rifle range capable of handling any
pistol or non-magnum rifle. Our indoor range offers protection from
the elements and allows shooting day or night, so you can concentrate on
shooting whenever it is convenient for you. Our instructors can help you develop new skills or
polish rusty ones. Memberships and single or multi-visit passes are
available.
Range Rentals
We rent handguns, rifles,
and machineguns for the range. Try out a firearm before you buy.
Shoot an MP5, M16,
SAW, or Uzi just to know what it’s like. You will have a blast.
Custom Shop
We can help with custom gun work. We do much of our own gunsmithing
and machine work, plus we can laser engrave almost anything. We also have
several specialists we use for specific work.
